Despite having a distinctly smaller build, after a similar time frame I&#039;m only managing to do just over 6 k&#039;s in 30 minutes.  But I figure if I start now, I should be fit enough to keep up when the little one starts running around.

By the way, you might want to check out www.mapmyrun.com - based on google maps, but you can do &quot;off road&quot; trails as well.  Plus it shows elevation which is pretty cool if you&#039;re running on hills.
