• I’m a Christian. Devout. Bible-Believing. Jesus Christ is my Saviour from sin and eternal damnation.
• I love my wife, and grow to love her more every day.
• I love my kids. They are truly the only heritage that counts.
• I love computer games. Except not in the same way. I love Rugby. Writing stories. Creating software. Writing songs.
• My first real computer game playing memories are of Bard’s Tale on my Dad’s XT. “Mapping my way home” became a staple for years. It could be where my love of all things RPG was spawned. But honestly, I don’t think RPGers are made, it’s an innate gift. Heh heh.
• I mostly listen to Christian Rock (from quiet acoustic to semi-heavy to hip-hop).
• George RR Martin and J.V.Jones are my absolute favourite fantasy authors. Neil Gaiman, David Gemmell and RJ also have a fond place in my heart.
• I work in the day as an Application Developer for a Real-Estate Franchisor in Australia.
• Making stuff really gets me excited .. games, books, programs.
• Rugby is also something at the moment I can’t bear not to play. I’m a large fellow, and although I like to think I’m spry, the reality is I’m good for one thing. Smashing. Like Hulk. Only I don’t get mad.
• Also, I’m about the only Prop (the Rugby Union type) that doesn’t drink beer or other alcohol. This has caused some trouble fitting in in the past. Specially in the country.
• I’m currently (June 2008) the Clarion Tech Evangelist.
